Welcome to my training diary
Currently, I am working on building basic aerobic and strength foundation. My goal is to squat 100 kg and run 5k under 20 minutes in the same day. I set these goals, since I find them most accurate predictors of my fitness and performance outside the gym – e.g. when I go hiking, skiing, biking or play sports. This is the approach I am taking towards reaching that goal.
How high is the pyramid? The wider the base, the higher the pyramid. That is my main focus right now – to build a wide base. Therefore, the focus lies on volume instead of intensity. Feel free to take a peek into my training diary.
